End of Lease Service
Starting with a minimum of 10 hours, our highly experienced cleaners use a thorough End of Lease checklist to ensure your property is ready for its next residents. We customise the service to meet your specific needs - so you can be sure your End of Lease clean will make your transition as stress free as possible.

End of Lease service includes, but is not limited to:
Kitchen – Clean all cupboards inside and out; vacuum and mop all floor and surfaces; wash tiled surfaces and sinks; dust and clean all sills, ledges, skirtings; cobwebs removed; clean oven inside/outside.
Bathrooms - Clean and disinfect all floors and surfaces; wash all tiled surfaces, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, and shower doors or screens; wipe down all mirrors, steel fixtures, skirting and frames.
Bedrooms - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean inside windows; remove litter; dust and clean all sills, ledges, skirting, and frames; spot clean walls; clean all cupboards/wardrobes; remove cobwebs; wipe down doors; clean mirrors.
Living Areas - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean mirrors; clean inside windows; wipe down all frames, skirting and fixtures; spot clean walls; clean all other surfaces; remove cobwebs; remove litter.
Hallways and Entrances - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean inside windows; spot clean walls; wipe down skirtings, doors, and framework; remove cobwebs; clean mirrors; clean out cupboards.

Products & Equipment
We provide the products and equipment for an End of Lease clean service (the $45 cost of products and equipment is included in the total price).
After-hours & Saturday bookings
Please note the standard price applies to bookings that are completed by 6:00pm. If your booked time finishes after 6:00pm an after-hours rate will apply. Saturday bookings attract a weekend surcharge according to the cleaning award rates. Please contact us for a quote.

We are committed to providing a sustainable income and financial independence for our staff, and all cleaners are paid according to the Cleaners Service Award.
All ASRC Cleaning staff have a level of English satisfactory to completed nationally accredited training; however, English is not the first language for the majority of our staff so proficiency will vary.
In the unlikely event of an incident or injury, all ASRC Cleaning staff have the appropriate insurance cover. They carry mobile phones, and identification that lists emergency contact details.
