We clean your carpets with advanced technology that uses a powerful hot water extraction method to reach the roots of the carpet and eliminate dirt, stains and allergens.  This cleaning method is one of the most effective methods for disinfecting, cleaning and deodorising carpet fibres. It is more gentle than traditional steam cleaning, therefore extending the life of your carpets and eliminating any risk of mould during the drying process or shrinkage of the fibres.

Our Process

Step 1: Pre- Vacuum

The first step of the process includes pre-vacuuming the carpet which brings to the surface any loose dust and dirt particles from the carpet and removes them.

Step 2: Spraying

Once the carpet has been vacuumed, it is then sprayed with a pH-controlled detergent that is specifically formulated to be effective and safe on all fabrics, including 100% wool. This step loosens any dirt particles or debris from the fibres of the carpet in preparation for the extraction phase.

Step 3: Spot Clean for Carpet Stains

For stubborn or stained carpeted areas, specific spot-removal techniques are used to ensure affected areas receive a manual deep clean, prior to extraction.

Please be aware, that while we endeavour to remove all stains, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be able to be removed, depending on the intensity and age of the stain.

Step 4: Extraction and Deodorising

The final step in the cleaning process includes removing all remaining dirt, dust and allergens from the carpet using a hot water extraction process using our advanced commercial grade steam cleaning machine. Hot water extraction is one of the most effective, yet gentle carpet steam cleaning methods for disinfecting, cleaning and deodorising carpet fibres.

What we cannot do

Unfortunately, the removal of stains is not always possible. How well a stain can be removed depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to:

  1. The type of stain

  2. How long the stain has existed without being treated

  3. The type of carpet you are trying to remove the stain from

 Please also be aware that there are additional factors to keep in mind that can impact the result of the carpet cleaning process, including but not limited to:

  1. Aging: the natural aging of carpet can result in discolouration, fading and wear & tear

  2. Odours: some odours cannot be removed from the carpeted areas, depending on how deep these odours have seeped into the carpet fibres
